Role Overview

As an Account Executive (AE) at Intelassist, you will drive revenue growth by closing deals with businesses seeking long-term, dedicated remote staffing solutions. You will conduct sales presentations, consult with clients, and develop customized workforce solutions to help them scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads from the BDR team.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service demos, and tailored sales presentations.
  • Develop client-specific remote staffing strategies and present Intelassist’s unique value proposition.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools to manage prospects and track performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and workforce deployment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, workforce staffing models, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or outsourcing industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote, global team.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
