The Monday.com CRM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing the Monday.com CRM platform to meet the needs of the operations. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CRM, training users, and providing ongoing support during the transition.
Duties and responsibilities:
- CRM Implementation: Lead the setup and configuration of the Monday.com CRM system tailored to the operation’s needs.
- Customization: Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports within Monday.com to enhance user experience and data visibility.
- Training & Support: Provide training sessions and resources to team members on how to effectively use the Monday.com CRM system. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed during the transition.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing data imports, exports, and migrations within the CRM.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for continuous enhancement of the CRM system.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track performance metrics and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any related field
- At least 5 years+ of work experience
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant, preferably with Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com, including board setup, automations, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
