Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients who can benefit from Intelassist’s remote staffing solutions. You will conduct outbound prospecting, initiate conversations, and qualify leads to pass on to the sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on relationship-building and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in need of customized remote staffing solutions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other sales tools to manage prospects and track interactions.
  • Engage decision-makers, understand their pain points, and qualify them based on Intelassist’s ideal client profile.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, outreach sequences, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, remote staffing developments, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, staffing, or outsourcing industries is a bonus.
