Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The main responsibility is to conduct behavioral interviews with applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications for the position they are applying for.
Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Conducts preliminary interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for the position they are applying for.
- Facilitate and attend client interviews, especially at night, to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Create an interview questionnaire guide so that, in case he/she is not around, the person covering for him/her will have the guide.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team and provide hiring updates if necessary, especially regarding how the client interviews went.
- Coordinate with the talent acquisition specialists to ensure that the endorsements meet the requirements and provide feedback if necessary.
- Share best talent acquisition practices and assist in creating strategies for process improvements.
- Conduct coaching sessions with applicants in preparation for their interview with the client.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years experience as Senior Recruiter, Preferably with experience handling IT roles, Architectural/ Engineering and other managerial roles.
- With knowledge in using applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Candidates must be a graduate of the Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other equivalent.
- Experience with US based client is a plus.
- Amenable working on a shifting schedule.
