Work Setup: Onsite for 4 weeks, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup (Once a week onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Pacific Timezone)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting reviews to the client's properties page and our personal profiles in a format-friendly manner.
- Generating engaging social media post ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Creating visually appealing and interesting posts for pending/sold/new listings, etc.
- Producing reels/videos from raw materials provided.
- Developing a local newsletter or occasional emails for our audience, including topics such as yard sales, farmers markets, local water parks, and seasonal tips (e.g., cleaning out sprinklers in the fall)
- Managing command mailers farming, live, listing, etc.
- Sending open house to brokers.
- Calling paid leads.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a US Virtual Assistant
- Background in marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content
- Experience in real estate is highly preferred.
