Job Description:
- Agent will handle Retail or Wholesale order entry
- Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager or Supervisor
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values, company policies and procedures and business ethics code
- Undertakes further responsibilities that may be assigned as deemed necessary from time to time
Qualifications:
- Hold a college degree in a field of study relevant to construction, building products or business industry
- Agents with a background in home building products, engineering, architectural concepts or industries and concepts are preferred
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete the order entry process with a high degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills
- Can communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Routinely meet established performance metrics
- Willing to work following Eastern Time zone
- Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis (wfh is possible demanding on performance)
