Job Description:
- Production from schematic design to construction documents
- Ideally experience with Industrial Designing
- Ability to understand architectural plans as well as plans from other consultants
- Experience with construction documents preparation and detailing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to project manage
- Ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications for Architect Interior Design:
- Licensed Architect preferred but not required
- 5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience.
- Have done detailing in Revit, shop drawings, wall sections, architectural details, cabinetry, etc.
- Candidate must have an experience with construction documentation (finished a complete permit set)
- US client experience is a must.
- Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Needs to work following US Timezone
- Needs to connect through telephone, Teams chat and email.
- Willing to work on a Project-Based arrangement.
