Job Description:

Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the complete and timely collection of medical records, billing information, and other materials collected on behalf of our customers (Law Offices).

Qualifications as follows:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly & can multi-task
  • at least 1 years call center experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft
  • Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Comfortable, upbeat, and pleasant on the phone and undeterred by occasional difficult phone interactions
  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree or vocational course
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift / night shift
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood - Quezon City
  • Due to current Covid Restrictions, a few weeks of training at the office in Eastwood, then transition to work from home.
