Job Description:
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the complete and timely collection of medical records, billing information, and other materials collected on behalf of our customers (Law Offices).
Qualifications as follows:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Ability to express thoughts clearly & can multi-task
- at least 1 years call center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Comfortable, upbeat, and pleasant on the phone and undeterred by occasional difficult phone interactions
- A graduate of any Bachelor's degree or vocational course
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift / night shift
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood - Quezon City
- Due to current Covid Restrictions, a few weeks of training at the office in Eastwood, then transition to work from home.
